Bread I Can Eat!
Technically I am allergic to wheat. You can imagine all the wheat free breads I have tried through the years. None of them were very appetizing. Then I read about Jim’s Amazing Bread, and how they make the bread with wheat, but it’s done in a way that reduces the chance of an allergic reaction. I decided to try it. I was very pleasantly surprised! I can eat this bread without any allergy symptom's, such as a rash, upset stomach, or irritated mouth. This bread is delicious any way you use it… sandwiches, toast, etc. I have been buying this bread for over a year now and love it! I also love the little notes that Jim sends thanking me for being a loyal customer. That is a very special touch.

the Whole cell loaf
I felt the loaves needed to be in the refrigerator, or freezer. I tested one on the counter, and it went bad and showed mold before the 21 day shelf-life mark. I love the flavor and texture of loaves when fresh, but would keep them in the frig in the future. I would appreciate that one whole-cell loaf to be replaced. Healthiest Bread for Us!
First, if you will read their website, to learn about this unique bread and how it is processed, you will not hesitate to try it. Order a loaf and see for yourself. My husband and I have been ordering this bread for 2 years. We buy it by the 6 pack and put 5 loaves in the freezer and keep one out for using. They use only 6 ingredients and there are no chemicals or preservatives. It is hand baked in small batches. This is definitely the bread we’re sticking with as long as Jim’s Amazing Bread company keeps making it. It’s easy on the tummy too, never feel bloated and it’s easier to digest than regular bread. I highly recommend this bread!
