Why Whole-Cell Wheat?

Jim’s Amazing Bread is made using gently crushed Whole-Cell Wheat. This specialized process is designed to preserve more of the wheat’s cellular structure than conventional milling.

Jim discovered Whole-Cell Wheat through Our Father’s Foods in Ohio. Inspired by his family’s search for simple, great-tasting food, he began baking homemade whole-wheat bread with just six ingredients.

What started as a loaf made for his family grew into something others wanted to enjoy, too. Our customers loved it so much that they helped give Jim’s Amazing Bread its name.
