Love the bread, not the shipping. Last shipment by Surepost must have been thrown, bread hit side of box and top 1/3 split off at the pan line. Original UPS does a better job.

I love this bread, it is amazing. I like dipping my dry toast into coffee, and it doesn't fall apart. I like that this bread doesn't have all the bad chemicals and soy in it. I give it 5 stars for being a healthy bread that doesn't give me burning in my gut when I eat it.

After absence of bread, what a blessing!
I’ve been having Leaky Gut (increased intestinal permeability) medical problems, causation of which apparently preponderates towards effects of gluten. I have been sorely missing eating bread with nutty wheat flavor for over a year. Most gluten free bread is borderline palatable. But I just finished my first two loaves of Jim’s Amazing Bread. I’m eating no more than two toasted slices at breakfast and supper (told you I was really missing this), and I love the flavor and texture of this bread, and my healing is showing no signs of being negatively affected in any way. After my long absence from real bread, I feel the need to pray to Holy God thanking Him for the blessing of being able to eat this satisfying, delicious sustenance. A wholehearted thank you, Jim and company!!!
