Because Jim’s Amazing Bread is a fresh, perishable product, we are generally unable to accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or unusable due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the damaged product if possible.
