BEST TOAST EVER!!
Paula –
We love this bread in my house. I buy three loaves at a time because it goes fast. My cousin purchased for me when I found out about my gluten intolerance and we’ve been buying when we can. Thanks to all at Jim’s Amazing Bread:)

Several years ago my body changed and I couldn’t tolerate foods I’d loved and eaten my whole life.
After a few years of suffering, I discovered I had issues with fodmaps-sugars in foods. While honey is on that list as well as gluten, I easily tolerate 2-3 slices of Jim’s Amazing bread a day.
I LOVE THIS BREAD! After a few years of struggling with gluten free bread, I saw this on Amazon and decided to give it a try.
Will always have some in my fridge…forever or as long as Jim makes it.
Can’t wait for other offerings!!

Absolutely delicious especially toasted…. I am able to eat 4-6 slices a day. I saw it on Amazon and I was not disappointed. I was starting to despair not finding good bread to eat. Now I know where to go…

If this bread was not made with Flax seed, I would like it but I can’t stand the taste of Flax seed.
Paul Lorinczi –
The flax seed is a minor ingredient that is used to add fiber to the bread. Not much of a taste from the flax seed.
