Jim’s Amazing Bread is advertised as gluten inactive because the flour we use to bake the bread is whole-cell wheat flour. Whole-cell wheat is processed differently than normal bread flour using a patented process to gently crush the wheat ensuring that the wheat cell is fully intact. This provides all the healthy nutrients from the wheat requiring absolutely no fillers or preservatives to the bread. It’s truly all-natural.
